AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

1.2 The utilization of WeSendit services is generally free of charge. Non-registered users are provided with a generous data volume of up to 2 gigabytes (GB) per upload, which can be shared with a maximum of three chosen recipients. WeSendit is committed to ensuring the utmost security and confidentiality of transmitted data by employing encrypted connections.
1.3 WeSendit strives to maintain uninterrupted availability of our platform and its associated services 24/7. However, occasional interruptions or limitations may arise due to routine maintenance, technical challenges, or unforeseen circumstances. While WeSendit cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability, rest assured that we are dedicated to promptly restoring services in the event of disruptions or downtime. Your data’s accessibility and security remain our top priorities.
1.4 The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country.
