# WSI Rewards for Data Sharing

In addition to rewards for node operators, Activity Rewards are a central element of the WSI token ecosystem. Users with [Basic, Pro, or Business subscriptions](https://www.wesendit.com/web3-ranks) receive rewards in WSI for successfully transferring data. A data transfer is considered successful once the recipient downloads the file shared by the sender, provided that the sender and recipient are on different networks\*. For the conditions, please refer to our documentation, see: <https://wesendit.io/rewards/>

These rewards come from the Activity Pool outlined in our [Tokennomics](/en/tokenomics.md), which totals 45 million WSI. The pool is designed to ensure an even distribution of rewards over a period of 1800 days. The continuous replenishment of this pool is enabled by an additional unstake fee of 0.75%.

To ensure fairness and prevent abuse, a daily cap for reward distribution has been set at 25,000 WSI. Each user can receive a maximum of 25 rewards per day, which can be claimed via the dashboard with an active Basic, Pro, or Business Web3 subscription. Unclaimed rewards expire after 200 days and are returned to the Activity Pool.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.wesendit.io/en/wesendit-token-usecases/wsi-rewards-for-data-sharing.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
